Absolutely brilliant service! Marcel came right to my doorstep here in Felixstowe to service my Bernina 475 Quilter's Edition. It’s incredibly convenient not having to lug a heavy machine around town. He stripped it down, cleared out a massive amount of hidden lint I couldn't reach, and calibrated it perfectly. It's now running whisper-quiet and sewing flawlessly. Highly recommend his mobile sewing machine repair service to any local quilters or dressmakers
