Fantastic service, Marcel serviced my elderly sewing/embroidery machine. Since I’ve had it it’s never seen a service which became clear as he worked on it. MArcel clearly explained everything and gave tips on use of the machine. STraight back home and put it to good use, it’s honestly like a new machine. So pleased and will be sorting out getting my other sewing machines serviced over the next few month. Excellent.
My Brother machine was eating fabric and effectively useless. Marcel advised a full service and taught me a few things for future care. I also gave him my retired Singer which skipped stitches, botched buttonholes and had lost the use of its needle threader. Marcel repaired both machines within 24 hours! I had given up having sewing machines repaired having lost the use of one for many weeks while it sat in a repair queue in the shop. Now I know someone who will get me sewing again before I even miss the machine. I cannot recommend highly enough. Worth a full 10 stars.
